By accessing or using InstaFreight's platform, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

InstaFreight provides a digital platform connecting shippers, freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics service providers. Our services include quote management, shipment booking, tracking, document generation, and communication tools for global freight operations.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your organization. By using InstaFreight, you represent that you meet these requirements.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use InstaFreight to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including export control and sanctions laws.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent shipment information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or security.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
• Reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

InstaFreight is a technology platform that facilitates connections between logistics parties. We are not a freight carrier, freight forwarder, or customs broker. The actual movement of goods is subject to the terms of the individual carriers and service providers you engage through our platform. You remain responsible for ensuring all cargo complies with applicable laws and carrier requirements.

Where applicable, subscription fees and transaction fees are due as specified at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

All content, trademarks, logos, and technology on InstaFreight are the property of InstaFreight or its licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaFreight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InstaFreight, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
