What are the prices for each company type?
Freight Forwarders: $149/month (or $119/month annually). Service Providers: $99/month (or $79/month annually). Shippers: $49/month (or $39/month annually). All plans include a 14-day free trial with no card required.
What is the transaction fee and when does it apply?
The transaction fee is a small percentage of confirmed shipment or service order value — only charged when a deal closes. It applies to completed quotation awards, finished shipments, confirmed ocean bookings, completed service orders, activated warehouse bookings, cleared customs declarations, and issued insurance policies. Drafts, cancelled operations, and failed quotes are never charged.
What are the transaction fee rates?
Starter (free) plan: 1.25%. Freight Forwarder Pro: 0.75%. Service Provider Pro: 1.00%. Shipper Pro: 1.00%. Enterprise: flat negotiated rate. The max per transaction is $2,500 and minimum is $5. Fees are billed monthly in arrears.
What happens after the 14-day Pro trial?
You can continue on your paid plan by adding a payment method, or automatically revert to the free Starter plan. No data is lost either way.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade anytime — takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for freight associations or startups?

Is my data secure?
