InstaFreight ("we", "us", or "our") operates instafreight.global and related apps and tools for quoting, booking, tracking, and logistics documentation. We are a technology platform connecting shippers, freight forwarders, and service providers worldwide.

• Account basics: Name, email, password hash, company/role (if provided).
• Operational inputs: Shipment details you enter — locations, dimensions, weight, HS codes, references, documents.
• Usage logs: IP address, device/browser info, basic analytics and cookies needed to run and secure the service.
• Support messages/files: Content you send us for help or support tickets.

We do not collect sensitive personal categories unless you deliberately provide them.

• Run the service (authentication, quoting, booking, tracking, document generation) and improve reliability.
• Security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance (including sanctions and export checks where applicable).
• Customer support and required transactional communications.

We are not in the business of selling personal data.

Contract performance (providing the service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent where required by law, and legal obligations.

• Service processors: Hosting, analytics, email, and similar vendors — all under contract with data protection terms.
• Logistics partners: Carriers, shipping lines, airlines, and brokers as needed to fulfill a shipment or service request you initiate.

Some tools may offer AI-assisted suggestions (e.g., HS code hints, route recommendations). Outputs can be imperfect — please verify critical information. We do not use your private shipment data to train public AI models.

We use only what's necessary for login sessions, preferences, performance, and basic analytics. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the service may not work correctly.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it.

• Access, correct, or request deletion of your information by contacting us.
• Opt out of non-essential emails via the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Where local law grants additional rights (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), we'll respect them to the extent required.
